  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full or advance payment (as agreed).

  • Custom or bulk orders may require a non-refundable advance.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

  • Custom-made or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • BirdNest reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability.

  • BirdNest is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors.

  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products (reported within 24 hours).

  • Custom-made items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

7. Warranty

  • Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Normal wear & tear, improper use, or damage due to weather conditions are not covered.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of BirdNest and may not be copied or used without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

BirdNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

 

10. Governing Law
