Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please share photos/video within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

• All orders are processed within 5–10 business days
• Custom or made-to-order furniture may take 10–15 business days for production before dispatch
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days across India
• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–12 business days (depending on courier service)

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location
• Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers
• Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address
• Our delivery partners will deliver to the ground floor unless lift access is available
